Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team at the Radbourne Unit, with a view to eventually working within community services in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with adults experiencing mental health difficulties, administering intra-muscular injections and managing post-injection monitoring processes.
The clinic will operate over four days, and as part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated nursing team to support and manage the service. Full training will be provided, and you will be expected to adopt our policies and philosophy, providing high-quality care to patients while fostering a learning culture and promoting social inclusion.
The estimated salary for this position is around £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

You will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Service Manager in driving change and ensuring that our care meets the highest standards. You will also be expected to work closely with other members of the nursing team to implement individualised and responsive care, using evidence-based practice to improve the quality of care and create responsive services.
