Mental Health Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Trainer to join our team at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHSFT. As a key member of our Positive and Safe Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training sessions and supporting clinical practice across two Trusts.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver training sessions on various topics, including mental health awareness, de-escalation skills, and positive behavioural support.
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams to provide knowledge and expertise in clinical practice.
- Ensure compliance with national guidelines, trust policies, and the RRN Accreditation Scheme.
- Degree or equivalent clinical experience.
- Relevant experience of working in a healthcare setting.
- Significant knowledge and experience of directing the use of initiatives to reduce restrictive practice.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
