Mental Health Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Team Lead to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of social workers in providing exceptional mental health services to vulnerable adults in Derby City Council's Adults Mental Health Team. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users. In addition to strong leadership and communication skills, the ideal candidate will possess a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, and hold a current DBS clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user
