Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care pathways for children and young people, ensuring effective joint working between agencies and professionals.
  • Promote child protection and safeguarding practices, adhering to Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Policy and Procedure.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to offer consultation and joint working, providing early interventions in prevention of mental health problems.
About the Role:

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, reflecting the trust's commitment to attracting top talent. Benefits include 27 days annual leave/year plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years & 33 days after 10 years' service, as well as access to online benefits and a confidential employee assistance program.
