As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training and Development: Deliver high-quality training to learners, ensuring they meet their goals and aspirations.
  2. Safeguarding and Compliance: Ensure the ongoing promotion and monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, health and safety, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum reflects your exceptional expertise and experience. You must hold a teaching or assessing qualification and possess occupational competence in the health and social care sector with qualifications up to Level 5.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Possess proven experience in delivering apprenticeships and have a track record of success in the healthcare industry.
