About the RoleWe work together as a team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences. As an Adult Care Worker Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive personalized care that enhances their quality of life.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be caring, enthusiastic, and have energy to share. While experience is not essential, you'll require excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.
