About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Professional to join our team as a locum Social Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with our Network Team to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and set up personalized care and support plans that maximize long-term independence and choice.
- Conduct risk assessments with adults and carers, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria and Mental Capacity legislation.
- Liaise with local services and specialist teams to deliver a holistic service.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Promote the use of direct payments and provide information and advice on financial assessments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Proven experience in a Social Working role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be £34-£36 per hour (umbrella), depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also have access to exclusive Hunter Gatherer Mental Health events and discounted CPD opportunities.
