About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Trainer to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our colleagues within the Distribution Centre Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging training programs that meet business needs, leveraging expertise from various departments.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to new employees, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge.
  • Manage logistics and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Ensure all training activities adhere to regulatory requirements, such as Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
  • Foster open communication, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and work effectively across teams.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training programs, preferably within a warehouse or food manufacturing industry.
  2. Skillset: Strong project management, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  3. Certifications and Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., adult education, training management) and qualifications (e.g., degree in Education, Training, or related field).
  4. Shift Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on operational needs.
