Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of HR projects, including annual, quarterly, and monthly initiatives and activities. This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to own delivery end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have good generalist HR experience, ideally obtained in an international organisation. They will be data-driven, with experience working with HRISs, and have project management experience within a HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Learning and Development (20%)

    Coordinate and facilitate selected training activities, taking responsibility for Training recording/calendar/organisation. Ensure learning and development administration is carried out effectively for all activities. Conduct regular mandatory training, meeting donor and statutory requirements.

  2. Global Policies and Processes (20%)

    Research, review, recommend, and seek approval for CAF HR policies and procedures, ensuring clear and transparent guidelines globally. Create and update Country-specific HR policies, employees' handbooks, practices, and processes according to policy review dates or sooner.

  3. Reporting and KPIs (20%)

    Prepare KPI quarterly reports and analysis, including staff turnover, absence, L&D activities, equality indicators, employee relations, and recruitment. Manage the annual staff survey process, including action planning and tracking, and manage the Culture Amp system.

  4. Reward Management (10%)

    Manage the annual salary review, working with HRBPs to collect and report data aligned with annual performance reviews and bonus. Undertake market research, completing salary surveys, and assist in the analysis and reporting of pay and benefit data based on external benchmarks.

    Person Specification
    1. Good generalist HR experience, ideally obtained in an international organisation.
    2. Strong project management experience, with the ability to own delivery end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
    3. Data-driven, with experience working with HRISs.
    4. Project management experience within a HR environment.
    5. Experience of the employee life cycle, including annual reviews and pay increases.

Salary: £42,000- £49,874
