HR Strategic Partnership Lead

We're Direct Line Group, a customer-obsessed market powerhouse combining decades of industry experience with talented people in every field. Our insurance is just the start, and we're looking for two HR Change Partners to join our dedicated pool of professionals.
The ideal candidate will work in multidisciplinary teams, utilising agile methodology to deliver prioritised business and HR strategic change activity. You'll collaborate directly with the business and/or HR sponsors, serving as the HR expert, utilising expertise available to prioritise, scope, design and deliver innovative solutions that add business value.
About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an HR Change Partner, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver HR-related projects and initiatives. As part of our flexible, empowered pool of HR professionals, you'll provide guidance and expertise to deliver prioritised business and HR strategic change activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 9% employer contributed pension, 50% off home, motor and pet insurance, and additional optional health and dental insurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR business partnering and advising multiple senior leaders on strategic change activity, including employment legislation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead on engagement with the business.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into a narrative and provide insight.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships.
