Strategic HR Lead

Job Summary:
A highly skilled and experienced HR professional is sought to lead the HR function in a true strategic capacity for a well-recognised education institution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish the HR function in a modern and strategic way.
- Implement an existing HR strategy and shape a new one.
- Lead the implementation of a new performance management system.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and management teams.
- Develop a new learning management system and L&D initiatives.
- Develop a diversity and inclusion strategy and DEI initiatives.
- Develop policies and processes required.
- Culturally lead a more flexible working approach to the organisation.
- Identify and implement HR projects, including engagement, organisational development and modernisation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of developing and implementing an HR strategy.
- Strong experience of effective leadership and managing an HR team at a strategic level.
- Experience of working within the commercial sector is preferred.
- Strong experience of diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives.
