Strategic HR Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Operations Lead to join our team at DNEG, a world-leading visual effects and animation company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our HR Information System, developing reports and metrics, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research and analysis to support the HR team's strategy and decision-making.
  2. Extract and analyze data from HR systems, preparing reports that meet client needs.
  3. Provide support and metrics for leadership program delivery.
  4. Ensure the protection, accuracy, and integrity of HR data, including monitoring and reconciliation.
  5. Investigate data anomalies and correct them.
  6. Document and review system irregularities, liaising with others to resolve them.
  7. Contribute to report automation and simplification to free up time for in-depth analysis.
  8. Identify ways to improve data accuracy and efficiency of HRIS processes.
  9. Contribute to the development of HRIS training materials, document processes, and deliver sessions.
  10. Prepare compensation-related reporting and analysis, salary budget, trends, and compression analysis.
  11. Support the preparation of the salary review process.
  12. Lead continuous improvement and implementation of HR Information Systems.
  13. Have a strong understanding of HR Information Systems, particularly WorkDay.
  14. Exceptional MS Excel skills.
  15. Experience handling employee data discreetly and professionally.
  16. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations and Shared Services.
