Strategic HR Manager

Our client, a leading FinTech company, is seeking a Strategic HR Manager to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures
- Lead talent acquisition and development initiatives
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic planning and talent management
- Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
