With a strong background in employee relations and project management, you will be responsible for leading on projects, developing strategic HR initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of employment law, be skilled in project management, and have extensive experience in coordinating complex matters within a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver results-driven solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully leading on HR projects and developing strategic HR initiatives

A salary of approximately £90,000-£100,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required for this challenging yet rewarding role.
