Your Job Description

  • As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you will work closely with our residents, providing emotional support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • You will be responsible for facilitating activities and events that promote social interaction and a sense of community among our residents.
  • You will work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, and will have the opportunity to progress your career through our dedicated career ladder.
