Job Advert: Challenging Behaviour Learning Support Assistant

Location: West Thames College (Feltham and Isleworth Campuses)

Rate: £15 per hour

Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:40 PM (arrive by 8:45 AM)

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work with children or young adults with challenging behaviours, particularly in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting learners with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Details:
Feltham Campus: Monday – Thursday
Isleworth Campus: Monday – Friday

We are committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and full applicant vetting processes will be carried out, including enhanced DBS checks Childrens and/or Adults Barred List checks included for any applications made. This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young adults with challenging behaviours, particularly in an educational setting.
Experience in supporting learners with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
