Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing tailored support to students with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis. You will assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation, help students develop both academically and personally, and collaborate with the SENCO to implement individualised learning plans. You will also create a positive, nurturing environment for students.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top UK university. You should have a passion and commitment to supporting students with special educational needs, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
