Job Title: Reception Learning Support Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a school in Isleworth. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in a classroom setting, assisting with lesson plans and activities.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to share best practices and improve student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with SEN students in the UK.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training and a DBS certificate.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with students, parents, and staff.
