Job Title: Teaching and Learning Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Teaching and Learning Assistant at The Rise Sixth Form, co-located with West Thames College Isleworth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to autistic young people, promoting their academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and peers to create a nurturing environment that celebrates the unique abilities and strengths of each learner.
  • Support learners with time management, revision skills, essay writing, and exam access arrangements.
  • Contribute to the development of individual learning programmes, ensuring learners reach their full potential.
