Special Needs Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Specialist Teacher Assistant to join our team at a special needs school in West London. Our school provides a safe, happy, and vibrant learning environment for young autistic individuals, helping them gain independence and prepare for life outside of college.
Responsibilities
As a Specialist Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping up to date with safeguarding and health & safety policies. You will value and use differences and diversities in learning support, actively seeking to extend your knowledge and skills relevant to supporting autistic learners with a range of barriers to learning and associated complexities. You will also have the ability to adapt your support style to meet a range of learners needs operating and across a variety of ages.
