Your Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. As a Support Worker, you will work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, to help individuals engage in meaningful opportunities and activities.

At 46 The Grove, we encourage independence and involvement in daily decisions. Residents enjoy a range of activities, from concerts and art galleries to beach trips and arcade games. Creativity is a core part of life at The Grove, with arts and crafts, lessons, and exhibitions showcasing the artwork created by our residents.
