We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Psychiatry specialist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out comprehensive assessments and provide therapy to patients with adult psychiatric conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear and empathetic explanations of diagnosis and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
Requirements
  • MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in the NHS within the last 3 years.
