Your Job Summary

  • You will be working as an Empowerment Worker, providing support and guidance to our residents, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • You will be responsible for facilitating activities and events that promote social interaction and a sense of community among our residents.
  • You will work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, and will have the opportunity to progress your career through our dedicated career ladder.
