Your Role

  • You will be working as a Care and Support Professional, providing exceptional care to our residents, helping them engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, and supporting them during leisure and social activities.
  • You will be responsible for communicating effectively with our residents, considering their individual communication needs, and helping them communicate effectively with others.
  • You will work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, and will have the opportunity to progress your career through our dedicated career ladder.

Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary of £11.69 - £11.99 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
