Your Role
As a Support Worker, you'll be instrumental in helping us achieve this mission. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care, supporting individuals to engage in meaningful activities, build relationships, and develop life skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Help individuals develop daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Support individuals to participate in activities that promote social interaction, leisure, and entertainment.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs and goals.
