About Us: Vast Services is a community-driven organization dedicated to investing in local communities.

The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic LGBTQ+ Support Group Facilitator to join our team. As a support group facilitator, you will play a vital role in running weekly support groups for the LGBTQ+ community of Staffordshire.

About the Position: This is a unique opportunity to work with individuals aged 18+, providing them with full support and training from our staff, including trained counsellors. You will also have access to our comprehensive safeguarding policy and volunteer booklet.

What You Will Gain: As a support group facilitator, you can expect to gain valuable experience working with diverse individuals, developing your communication and interpersonal skills, and enhancing your understanding of the LGBTQ+ community's needs.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must hold a DBS check and be willing to reimburse vehicle travel expenses. Additionally, you should be able to commit to regular sessions with our team.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
