Community Support Lead

Vast Services seeks a dedicated individual to lead weekly support groups for the local LGBTQ+ community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate open discussions and provide a safe space for group members to share their experiences
  • Collaborate with trained counsellors to address challenging conversations
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies to ensure participant trust
  • Participate in training and receive full support from staff to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • A DBS check is required, provided by Vast Services
  • Reimbursement for vehicle travel expenses will be offered

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, based on experience
