This role is part of our team at Victim Support, working with adult perpetrators of domestic abuse. We aim to support them in changing their behaviour.

About the Role:
  • We work with adult perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change.
  • We deliver interventions in person or as part of a group, providing 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact consenting perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide them with the necessary support.
  • Facilitate group-based programmes (online and in-person) to help individuals understand the impact of their actions.
  • Deliver 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions to assist perpetrators in achieving positive change.
Working Arrangements:

This role is based in Stafford but will require flexible working across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

Requirements:
  • A genuine belief in behaviour change and the ability to motivate others.
  • Personal resilience and good communication skills to effectively engage with perpetrators.
  • A good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and families.
