Job Summary: Victim Support is seeking a skilled Domestic Abuse Intervention Coordinator to join our team in Stafford. In this role, you will work with adult perpetrators of domestic abuse, delivering interventions in person, individually or as part of a group, while ensuring safe service delivery. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, personal resilience, and a good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and families.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working options, pension, sick pay allowances, maternity and paternity payments, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.   • Contacting perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change.
