Behaviour Change Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity to join Victim Support Careers as a Domestic Abuse Risk Assessor. As a key member of the team, you will work with consenting perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change.
You will facilitate group-based programmes, both online and in person, and deliver 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions. Working closely with a team of adult practitioners, managed by a Senior Behaviour Change Caseworker, you will be responsible for out of hours and weekend working, estimated at two evenings per week, or as dictated by the service's business needs.
Role Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with vulnerable adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Victim Support offers a competitive rewards and benefits package, including flexible working options, pension, and access to ongoing training and support.
