Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team in South Staffordshire. As a key member of our Community Learning Disability Intensive Support Team (IST), you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to others and developing high-quality local services and capable environments for people with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have post-registration experience in working with people with learning disabilities, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred interventions and promoting positive behaviour support. You will be required to work collaboratively with your MDT colleagues and service users to achieve positive life outcomes.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. We offer a competitive salary of £44,036 - £58,198 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including generous maternity leave and flexible working options.
