Job Details:
* Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner
* Location: St Georges site
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £60,094 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our forensic low secure inpatient services. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with service users who have complex physical and mental health needs, while also contributing to the development of advanced clinical practice across the service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work with service users who have complex physical and mental health needs
* Contribute to the development of advanced clinical practice across the service
* Collaborate with senior clinical leads and other ACPs to develop high standards of safe and quality care
* Work autonomously as a practitioner, utilizing advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise in relation to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of physical health and mental health conditions
* Participate in the development of clinical pathways and intervention plans

Requirements:
* Professional regulated core qualification with the NMC Registered adult nurse
* Postgraduate qualification in NMP and Advanced Health Assessment
* Relevant Master level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or willingness to work towards this award
* Experience of developing clinical pathways and intervention plans
* Experience in teaching/clinically supervising junior staff
