Job Summary

This role involves working as part of a team to provide therapy services to clients. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing personalized therapy plans, and providing support and guidance to clients throughout their treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work flexibly to meet service needs within core hours of 9-5, Monday to Friday, and extended hours of 8am-8pm, including Saturday mornings.
  • To assess client needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • To provide one-to-one and group therapy sessions.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
  • To contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects within the service.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Post Graduate Certificate or Level 3 undergraduate course) and registration/working towards registration with the BABCP or BPS.
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing service needs.
