About the RoleIn this rewarding position, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality therapy services.
- To assess client needs, develop, and implement tailored therapy plans.
- To facilitate one-to-one and group therapy sessions, promoting client engagement and participation.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and outcomes.
- To contribute to the development of innovative service initiatives and projects.
- A degree in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Registration/working towards registration with the BABCP or BPS.
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary of £35,392-£37,350 per annum, depending on experience.
- A minimum of 25 days annual leave per annum, plus statutory holidays, rising with length of service.
