At Active Care Group Recruitment, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health care services to our patients. We are currently seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Night Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that staffing levels on all wards have the right skill mix and are in line with ladders, supporting colleagues, monitoring the standards of care given, and adhering to ACG standards and policies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Mental Health Nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care. As a Night Coordinator, you will work closely with ward managers, matrons, and hospital directors to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days' annual leave, birthday off, and access to training and development opportunities.
