Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to fill a challenging role as Night Coordinator at Ivetsey Bank Hospital in Stafford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the wards have the right skill mix and are in line with ladders.
This position involves working closely with colleagues, monitoring standards of care given, and ensuring adherence to ACG standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- The Night Coordinator will oversee staffing levels on all wards, supporting and advising colleagues as needed.
- They will also monitor standards of care, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain accurate records.
- A qualified Mental Health Nurse with 12 months plus post-registration experience.
- Active NMC registration is required.
- Knowledge of NMC standards and guidelines is essential.
- Evidence of continued professional development is necessary.
- An estimated salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
