An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced and innovative Registered General Nurse to take on a leadership role in our ward and Day surgery unit at Ramsay Health Care UK. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise workloads and deliver high-quality patient care at all times.
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate care based on individual patient and family needs.
  • Clinically lead the department, ensuring effective management of patients, visitors, staff, and colleagues.
  • Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a learning environment and promoting professional development.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered General Nurse qualification
  • Surgical nursing experience and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal and professional care standards and evidence of ongoing professional development in nursing practice
