About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader within our CAMHS service at Ivetsey Bank Hospital in Stafford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to nursing teams, ensuring high-quality care standards are delivered, and supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Providing clinical leadership to nursing teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care standards.">
  • Ensuring effective supervision and development of staff members.">
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.">
  • Liaising with patients, relatives, families, and carers to ensure seamless communication.">
  • Working flexibly on a rota basis to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.">
  • Leading on the assessment, implementation of care, and discharge planning for patients.">

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment. You should also have a current NMC Pin registration and a legal right to work in the UK.
