We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will have significant experience in implementing high-quality, person-centred interventions to improve the quality of life for adults with a learning disability.

This role involves utilising core specialist nursing skills, implementing specialist behavioural assessment to inform Positive Behavioural Support, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support adults who may be at risk of placement breakdown.

Key responsibilities include coordinating assessments and interventions, promoting shared formulation, and managing risks. To excel in this role, the successful candidate will require a professional qualification in Registered Nursing Learning Disabilities (RNLD) or a suitably experienced nurse, current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and evidence of continuing professional development.

The ideal candidate will also possess extensive experience in working with people with learning disabilities who have complex healthcare needs and a thorough understanding of current trends and legislation impacting services provided to individuals with a learning disability.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,141 - £72,839 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent NHS Pension scheme and range of benefits, including career development opportunities within the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

A full UK driving licence and car would be beneficial due to the nature of the work, which involves regular travel across South Staffordshire.
