This role offers a comprehensive salary package of up to £**140,000** per annum, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead innovative treatment programs for adolescents with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Mentor junior professionals in advanced therapeutic techniques.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and academic publications.
Qualifications:
  • MRCPsych (Required)
  • CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Required)
  • Approved Clinician and Section 12 Approved (Required)
  • Evidenced-based practice
  • Leadership and collaboration skills
