Lead Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital. This is a full-time position that will involve leading the multidisciplinary team in the care and treatment of patients, including weekly ward round reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading assessments for admissions to the service
* Practicing evidence-based care through national standards and guidelines
* Providing supervision to junior doctors
* Participating in external reviews, liaison with NHSE, and engagement in National Networks
Management Responsibilities:
* Attendance and contribution to clinical governance meetings
* Participating in service development, research, innovation, and local audit
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly NHS partners
Requirements:
* MRCPsych qualification
* CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
* Approved Clinician and Section 12 Approval
Working Conditions:
* 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
* Support from junior doctors
