The service provides high-quality supported housing, with a person-centered and strengths-based rehabilitation package aimed at supporting personal growth and successful move-on. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for various housing management and health and safety tasks, including managing guest licenses within the service.

You will have excellent organization skills, multitasking abilities, and the maturity to work within a positive framework to support the service. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with professionals and departments. Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable, as well as having excellent time management skills to manage a varied workload.

As a compassionate, proactive, and professional individual, you will be highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support the service with administrative work. We value the personal skills and interests you bring to the role, and being able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds is essential.

This role entails a variety of tasks, where there is always a line of support but also the ability to undertake tasks independently. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of the service. We take real pride in our services and invest every penny back into them, creating a positive and supportive work environment.

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £21,500 per annum (dependent on location), 29 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 31 days, and a range of benefits including comprehensive learning and development opportunities, flexible working solutions, life assurance, and recognition awards.
