Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Vast Services. As an essential member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various tasks, including answering phone calls, booking journeys for members, filing documents, inputting data into our systems, and collating information for reports.

Main Duties:
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Undertake any necessary training to develop skills required for the role
  • Contribute positively to health and safety awareness among colleagues and clients
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, as well as basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, etc.). A good telephone manner and general knowledge of the local area for effective planning of Dial-a-Ride journeys are also desirable.
