About the Position:

The Administrative Support Officer will provide administrative support to the procurement team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing documents and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and events as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as business or administration.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
