Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support in a high-volume office with frequent deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct or personally handle operational activities required for efficient caseload processing in records management, cash processing, and service to the public.
  • Ensure Court's instructions are executed, and legal papers prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Prepare correspondence and court forms, enter data into an automated Juvenile Case Management System/Financial Accounting System, receipt payments, and file court documents.
Requirements:
  • Court experience, legal and judicial knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
