Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our Employment Support Service as a Team Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our team to provide high-quality and effective administrative support.

As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining administrative systems, providing confidential secretarial support, and maintaining Outlook calendars.

Experience of working within the NHS is highly desirable, as is a high level of computer literacy and organisational skills.

Main Duties

You will be the first point of contact for Employment Support service users and carers, prioritising responses and supporting Employment Advisors with patient enquiries and booking of appointments.

Strong IT skills are vital, including experience of using a database and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

As part of this role, you will be expected to devise administrative systems, provide confidential secretarial support, maintain Outlook calendars, and carry out general office duties.
