The Active Care Group Recruitment is seeking an HR Administrative Services Coordinator to support its Ivetsey Bank Hospital location. This role involves providing confidential administrator support, preparing letters, maintaining unit systems, updating HR information systems, monitoring documentation, arranging staff meetings, and assisting with recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability, as well as CIPD Level 3 or above and an Enhanced DBS. As an HR Administrative Services Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Central HR Team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will also be part of a dynamic team that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all employees.
