Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to provide comprehensive support to our managers and staff.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing administrative support, with a strong focus on confidentiality and attention to detail. They will be responsible for preparing letters, maintaining unit systems, and updating the HR information system.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to a wide range of e-learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential administrator support to our managers and staff.
  • Maintain unit systems to ensure all compliance checks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Update the HR information system on a daily basis to ensure accurate reporting of information.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Ability to be flexible in communication style depending on the audience and subject.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
