**Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage conference room schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Prepare and serve coffee, snacks, and other hospitality services.
- Order and maintain supplies, ensuring a well-stocked office.
- Update and distribute employee directories and facility seating charts.
- Support filing and record-keeping efforts.
- Offer technical assistance with IT and telephone services.
**Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
**Estimated Salary:
$48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
