**The Role:**

This Role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Crime Prevention Coordinator, working with adult victims and offenders, delivering interventions in person, individually or as part of a group, assessing risk and needs at all times, ensuring the safe delivery of service.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Delivering quality casework, such as facilitated conferences, 1-2-1 support, and tailored interventions.
  • Training and educating key partners in identifying opportunities for Restorative Justice.
  • Working alongside the victim service to co-ordinate delivery of services.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
